Everybody Meditates. You Meditate. Yes YOU! You may be unaware of it but trust me . . . you do! The feat is to become aware of this fact so that you can learn to make certain that you use your power to do you good and not evil.
Meditation is focusing 100% of all your attention to one single point. A mantra meditation is an ancient form of meditation. It is simply focusing your attention by repeating a sentence or group of words.
Do you repeat a sentence or group of words on a daily basis or even several times a day ? What words are you focusing your attention on? Are you meditating on a positive message that is beneficial to you, your life and your goals or are you sabotaging yourself?
