In My Opinion:
I have very sensitive skin. If it gets extra dry or if I get too stressed out, my skin gets irritated and itchy. My dermatologist suggested that I use Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash during these times and Aveeno has always worked very well for me in these situations.
I ran out of my bar soap recently and my schedule was too busy for me to run to the store. It was just and my Aveeno at the house! I used it for four consecutive days before I was able to get to the store! By then my skin was softer, smoother and completely hydrated!

Throw out your bar soap! Choose an Aveeno body wash for your skin type instead. I know you will feel the difference after one day but I encourage you to use it until the bottle runs out. You will benefit for years to come from the results!
My Recommendation:
I don't use bar soaps any more! Skin is your body's largest organ. It must be kept healthy and it deserves to be pampered. For radiant skin that gets noticed, replace your bar soap with an Aveeno body wash. Follow it up with an Aveeno body lotion. It's an excellent choice for even the most sensitive skin types.
